Timmy & Bonnie: Have wanted one for while. Looks well built and comfortable padding, when needing to flip to use other way not sure if like pouches, they work just have to take off and after flip put back on and understand and will try and see if like.
The handles used to contact ground and to hold to lift up needed to be wider so more stable, will rock like going to fall as putting weight on to lift up easier than comfortable with but may work for some I am worse shape than used to be and must use arms to help get all way up and half way up cant have seat leaning to roll over.

Rebecca Powers: Very good quality and sturdy. It looks like it will be useful for a long time. Only issue so far is making sure the ground is fairly level before sitting down (my yard is kind of bumpy!)

Bitty’s Mom: This is the better of the designs out there if you need help getting up. The whole thing is high quality and folds up easily for storage. I’m tall and the higher bench (longer side legs) was nice to begin with but when you flip it over to use as a kneeler those higher legs become your handles and support for getting back up. Worth every penny.

Amazon Customer: Great stool, kneeling pad, I do not use it in the garden (not much of a gardener!) but when I am cleaning out the garage and doing other strenuous chores, the bench is handy and the kneeling pad with the stand up handles are lifesavers! Highly recommend.
