Sarah: This is my second citrus juicer from amazon, the first was returned because the device would not stay put when in use. This juicer can hold 1.2L of juice and works well so far. The plastic could be better, it seems that it is the kind that would crack if the jug were to fall. The cone rotates both clockwise and counter, which is a cool feature. The clear plastic lid also fits overtop when you remove the cone (the lid on the first juicer I purchased would only fit with the cone on top). This is helpful if you are refrigerating your juice, or serving. So far, it works will and is aesthetically pleasing. If you love fresh orange juice, you will get a lot of use out of this. Oranges are currently cheap and even cheaper and you will yield more juice than what you would pay for Tropicana. Would commend.

Suzy: So easy to assemble, use and clean. Less waste of juice and pulp I've used this a lot since buying it and it's permanently on my work top. Press you fruit on the juicing part and it automatically starts when you press down and stops when you stop pressing.

Auntie: This is a very simple juicer and much cheaper than some of the fancier products, but it does a great job! Ours did breakdown after 11 months but the seller was very helpful and replaced it free of charge. A great product, great service.

George: Broadly, it is easy to use and does a good job. Mostly nothing remarkable about it, but that is not a bad thing since the job it is meant to do is unremarkable and that is just how it does its job.

The LED seems a but pointless, but it is there and does no harm.

My biggest gripe is that the filter is not adjustable, and for me it traps too much of the pulp, but that is because I like my juice with all its pulp in it and no doubt others will have different tastes in the matter. On the plus side, once you remove the cones it is not too difficult to shovel the pulp down the centre hole with a small spoon.

As for the auto-reverse function, it works but is somewhat random as to when it chooses to reverse direction or when it will continue in the same direction it was rotating previously.

Other than that, it is compact, which is important in my small kitchen, and it also means that there is less to wash up. Nonetheless, it is more than adequate in capacity for my limited needs.

Verified: This juicer works on the same principle as a hefty one I'd bought at a thrift store years ago. That one gave me long service before it finally bit the dust. You cut the fruit in half, press it down on the appropriately sized reamer and it does a good job of removing the juice - pulp and all. The pulp remains in the strainer and you can add it to the juice if you like it pulpy. The package insert gives minimal information, but it's pretty simple to use. My only concern is it feels a bit flimsy in a Made-in-China sort of way. I don't expect it to last as long as the hefty one I had previously. Fingers crossed I'm wrong. There is a slight problem when washing the items that contact the juice and fruit. The pulp likes to cling to the plastic, even when carefully hand washed. It says those parts are top shelf dishwasher safe but they look like they wouldn't stand regular high pressure washing from a machine - at least for long term use.
