Could be a good product but the large cuff is not large enough to insure good-solid Velcro cuff attachment. Large adult in Asia are much smaller than large adult in USA/CA/MX,16inches is not big enough. They need to offer an X-Large 18" or redesign with more Velcro overlap to allow more than one inch of Velcro overlap that pops free when applying air pressure to the cuff. The second issue with all cuffs is to place the left arm BP cuff sensor over your inside elbow vein means the Velcro overlap is on the outside of your bicep - hard to reach/secure with your right hand. The BP cuff designers did not do mechanical ergonomic research in how to accommodate a single person making measurements, especially a larger USA persons their targeted demographics.

LOT FANCY - Tacky name turned me off. The price looked too cheap and turned me off too.... But the price was so low I took a chance. Glad I did. The machine works perfectly. I test my Blood Pressure 2 or 3 times a day. After comparing my home BP readings on this machine, with the BP machine at my pharmacy, I have complete confidence in the readings.
UPDATE 9/18 ... AFTER 17 MONTHS OF USE, THE UNIT HAS FAILED.

this is a great tool,, i did the reviews and this lotfancy was rated pretty good for being accurate, I calibrated it with the clinic and it is right on,,it fits well and very easy to read,and operate. the price was great as well, i do recommend highly

This product has a easy to use with the wraparound cuff.! I really liked the large easy to read screen and the memory features. The accuracy is wonderful when comparing with my doctors equipment. I would recommend this BP cuff to anyone. I am a retired nurse as well :)
