LONTAN 1 Pair of 22-Inch Side/Rear Mount Soft-Close Drawer Slides with Full Extension

VoltaireVoltaire: The media could not be loaded.  I used them to replace the sliding mechanism for two heavy kitchen drawers.
Contrary to a reviewer, I found the screws to be fine. But you need the right size screwdriver head. Best to screw by hand, so not to over tighten. Also, I predrilled the screw holes with a very small drill bit. I screwed only into to the small metal round holes to better secure the metal parts.
I also used some silicone type glue to prevent any loosening.
Takes a lost of patience and time but worth the effort. Great quality product. Rated for 100 pounds.

Daniel R.: 6 stars if I could. These are great, good quality. There are cheaper options out there but I suspect they are just that: cheap. These are high quality and were a straight replacement of my existing sliders. 5 min replacement.

A bit on the expensive side though, but I don't mind paying this for a sure shot.

sam: This is a great value for the money, the back brackets add a few inches more if you are supporting them from the back my nonstandard drawer was 23.5 inches, and the back brackets provided that extra length. If this is your first time installing them I would recommend watching the video on how to install them provided in one of the comments as it prepares you for what the process is to set them up.
Very silent and sturdy looking to install more and replace other squeaky nonsoft close glides in my kitchen.

gymfitmomgymfitmom: The media could not be loaded.  I ordered these because I also needed the rear brackets to attach to my face frame cabinets. I've been converting by cabinet doors to drawers and this particular drawer needed a side/rear slider. My drawer is 22" long and my cabinet space is 23.5" deep. It was fairly easy to install, probably easier with two people to hold the slide steady and level while you mark and drill. The trickiest part is probably making sure the slide is level and straight so that the drawer slides easily on the track.

I had an issue with the drawer slide not sliding well and the slow close not engaging correctly. I realized that the slide was a smidge off (and I mean a smidge) and once corrected, the slide works smoothly. I've also installed Blum slides ony other drawers and thee is a bit of leeway for install and it can be adjusted to accommodate minor...

Guard Dad: Bought one pair as a "test" to see if they were acceptable quality, before I bought enough for the entire kitchen. These are fine, so I am ordering more sets to do the remaining drawers, so they all match.

A couple of issues:

* There are directions in the box. They are terrible & worthless. Very difficult/impossible to read the figures/diagrams. And the process for installation is backwards. I always install the cabinet slide part first, then measure and install the drawer part.

* The screws provided are the wrong type. Drawer slides like this are typically installed using pan head or truss head screws, and even the instructions say to use #6 pan head screws. Then why do you include flat head screws in the package? Fortunately I had the correct type in my hardware collection.

A word of caution: these are pre-greased, and it feels like silicone grease to me. Be careful to not smear this all over your cabinets, as it can cause problems with the finish, especially if you will be painting them later.
