Luciana Villar de mello: it doesn't work, it doesn't have the strength to file the nails, even increasing the speed when touching the nail stops working and doesn't file! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY, poor quality. I will never recommend.

Kathi Snyder: I would not recommend this product. It didn't even work straight out of the box. I would have sent it back, but I threw it in a drawer and forgot about it and when I found it again, it was to late.

Marie: Very disappointed with this product. It broke on the first use. The chuck that holds the drill bit popped out trying to get the bit out. I do not recommend this product.
