JLM: This is less accurate than the Enivifit scale I ordered at the same time, but I wanted to try different methods for measuring body fat %. However, this is well built caliper and easy to use. Best if you have a partner to take the additional measures on arms, back, etc. It's old school technology but does the trick. I will keep it but probably will rely on my new scale for tracking.

Andrew Simvolokov: I get this device to get better results than my regular “push to click” caliper and body impedance meter. Regular caliper rely on a way I squeeze it, so it can result in much lower numbers if a squeeze is to tight. According to any logic this caliper must show the same numbers or larger. BUT IT SHOWS EVEN LOWER MEASUREMENTS. The spring is definitely too tight and not calibrated.

Lin Cheng: The media could not be loaded.  I use this product to measure body fat by region. It is easy to use once you have learned how to do that. I need to pinch the skin, press the button and squeeze that area to measure my body fat. It provides more information than the standard body fat scale and is more accurate. It is made of solid plastic. The only downside is that it takes time to learn how to use it.
