Nikki R.: This is by far the best outdoor play purchase we’ve ever made. It will last for many years and get tons of use. The box is extremely heavy. You’ll need a dolly or another adult to help move it. I watched the assembly video made by lifetime on YouTube about a dozen times before even beginning to assemble it, just to understand how everything was going to go together. I took the time to inventory all the parts before I started assembly. Everything is labeled super clearly. For assembly, I didn’t use the written instructions at all; I only used the lifetime YouTube video. I used a power driver with a deep 1/2” socket instead of a socket wrench. I believe that made things move along a lot faster. Although it says you need two people, I was able to use a couple of bar height patio chairs as my “other person”. While it’s doable with one person, I think having a second one to help would make things go a little quicker. In total, assembly took me 2 hours starting from after I got the parts organized to finish. The video makes everything so clear, I never once had to back up or redo a step. Noel: Bought this for my 8yr old son and just turned 11 year old daughter. I was unsure as mine are getting older but I got it on offer and they both absolutely love it, as do their friends. My daughter loves swinging through the bars and doing tricks on it. She's average height but it's still plenty tall enough for her to swing through. Needs 2 to put together really as its a bit fiddly but it's solid yet ok to move to cut the grass . Don't get confused with the smaller versions you can buy, this one is huge.

Laura: We have a bit of an awkward garden to fit in traditional climbing frames but this one works brilliantly on a slight slope at the bottom of the garden.
We thought it would be a complete nightmare to assemble but with two of us carefully following the instructions it was actually fine. You do need a socket wrench to do the final step of tightening the climbing holds which we didn’t have, but the kids were still able to play on it with no issues for a couple of days until we got hold of one.
My 6 and 8 year olds and their friends love it and it looks pretty good so we are very happy with it.

Amazon Customer: I thought it was quite good value so popped it into the basket to buy after Christmas and then it reduced in price so decided to go for it with the idea of it being a nice surprise for my little one between Christmas and New Year.
My one piece of advice, read the assembly instructions properly… There are green poles and brown poles, BUT they have 2 different labels for each colour. That was the big mistake I made in the beginning leading to me and my husband checking, swapping out poles, at least we hadn’t got to the end before realising!
It is quite easy to put together, it’s sturdy and my little one loves playing on it. I like the colours, it’s quite subtle in the garden. I can imagine my little one having lots of fun as the weather warms up, climbing and making it into a den.

happyasgaryhappyasgary: Its so Easy to put together. Just sort out the nuts and bolts and poles and follow the instruction manual. Its took 2 of us just over 2 hours to put together.
The only thing we had to borrow from a neighbour was the socket wrench to attach the climbing holds.
Our garden is on a slope so i researched a lot on the best climbing frame for us. Im so very happy with my choice. Because of its structure the weight is evenly distributed and it sits firmly on the ground without anchors. We stole the idea from another reviewer on here and added a disc swing in the middle, and the kids LOVE it. We have also attached an 8ft slide (with stong climbing rope) to the top horizontal bar. This works for us as our garden is on a slope and the slide faces up the slope which adds a bit more stability to it, so its possible but you do it at your own risk. Our kids are 6 and 8 and i can see this getting years more use.
The climbing frame is fantastic, versatile and very well made. Plus its a reasonable price for the years of fun youll get from it. Id recommend it to anyone. Im happy and the kids happy. 👍👍👍

rosegoldrosegold: My almost 3 year old grandson is constantly climbing our Indian bean tree, jumping around in it like a little monkey, falling out, crying then getting straight back up it again. I therefore thought it might be an idea to get him some sort of climbing frame. I like this one because it does not need to be pegged down or anchored in concrete, yet it can be lifted by two people to move it. I just have it on grass. I also find it is quite aesthetically pleasing, compared to a lot of children’s play equipment. With the brown and green colour scheme it blends in well with the garden and looks almost like a garden sculpture.

It is relatively easy to put together though it does take a few hours, but I would strongly advise that the person or people who assemble it are the type who are happy to read instructions, are meticulous and take it slowly and carefully. There are two types of brown strut and two types of green strut. There are different bolts and nuts and the joints should be put together with the struts in the correct order. Don’t let someone loose on it who isn’t prepared to read and follow the instructions.
