yang zhangyang zhang: purchased this for my mom's leg pain. But it does not work at all. Very disappointed. Asked to replace the product, and spent $7.99 for the USP pickup. I hope the new one would work!
Update: My mom used it for a couple times, but last time she used, her foot was burned and the device started to have smokes coming out after about 10mins use. I contacted LifePro, no one answered. I left VM, no call back whatsoever! The picture shows after a week of the incident, she had to see the dermatologist, and was told that at least need another 3 weeks for completely recovery! This device has no safety feature such as automatic shut off when temperature gets too high. My mom had to call out sick from work, and she was terrified seeing her own foot was burned with concern for fire. I will continue contacting customer service until I get a response from them, otherwise, I will take legal action on this!

Amazon Customer: The unit is easy to get off and on though at times the velcro does cause a problem. I use it in bed while laying down and at time I have a problem with the sheets adhering to the tabs. Just going to take practice and experience, but so far it has been a definite help with my restless leg and I am looking forward to more improvement in the future. I am new to the unit so this is only my first week impression, but for ease of use and benefit I think the unit well worth it.

¤♤♡◇♧□○°¤♤♡◇♧□○°: The media could not be loaded.  Easy to use. And can be used anywhere. Can fit smaller feet/legs or bigger. It has velcro which snaps in place so you can make it fit your legs perfectly. It needs charged but once charged it gives one of the best foot massages. It has 3 snaps 2 on the leg and one on the foot. The one on the foot doesn't fully unsnap but it's easy to slide you feet in and out. The remote is simple to use and even tells you how much battery is left
