After using this Life Pro foot massager for about two weeks, the remote stopped connecting with the massager. Bending over to use the controls is not really feasible for people with arthritis, so this is a $200 paperweight. Really disappointed.

Nonna: Incredible product! I work from home and sit at my desk 9-12 hours a day. I noticed my legs starting to have circulation issues and my legs were feeling heavy, tingly, burning and it was difficult to start walking again once I finally did get up from my desk. I decided to search Amazon for the leg massagers. I saw many out there but none of those were what I was looking for. I run across this massager plate and am so grateful I did. The price was way more than I had planned to spend but I knew my legs should not have a price limit. I read the reviews and decided to go for it. First thing I noticed when I pulled it out of the box was “this is high quality for sure!” I tried it out and fell in love with the way it made me feet and legs feel. Got my hubby to even try (he’s a skeptic) and said it “feels great!” He’s a hard working farmer and I knew he would like it if he tried it. I now use it daily on my lunch break and occasionally in the evening. My legs feel so much better now. Thank you for such a wonderful product. Highly recommend! Now my sisters are getting one too! Money well spent.

Apple: I suffer from chemotherapy induced neuropathy and numbness. I was not sure if the vibrating foot machine would help but I need circulation to counter the numbness in my calf. I was surprised by the weight and quality of the vibrator when it arrived. It will withstand substantial use. I was particularly interested in the ability the set the machine in multiple positions so that the vibration can be used on the lower leg. The package included the vibrator, a remote, a rubber pad for the floor, instruction booklet, and product registration forms. I plugged it in and began using it immediately. Due to my neuropathy, I am only able to use if for five minutes at the lowest level. Hopefully, I will be able to build to a longer time and be able to use one of the many programs. I am very impressed with the quality and that it does exactly what it says it would do. My foot and leg feel better each time I use it which means circulation is increased something you won't find in many other products with the same claims.

gmarc: I finally was able to contact the seller and was promptly sent me a replacement remote control, awesome :)
The vibration machine is for my elderly parents and they enjoy the vibration. It was purchased for the circulation issues in their legs, so hopefully it will help with that. Its light enough for them to move around, though even on their low pile carpet it does tend to slide, so will have to figure out a way to keep it in place better while in use. The vibration has good intensity for them, any more intense then that would probably be too much for them, so I am satisfied with the intensity.
I tried it and at first was a little weird feeling but then after that I got used to it and enjoyed it. I also suffer from pain in my lower leg caused from poor circulation and it helped my legs feel better, sweet!
Only had it for less then a few weeks and so far working great.
Thanks again to the seller for the prompt and hassle free replacement remote :)

So it appears the issues by other reviewers is true, I received a remote control that is impossible to remove the back part to input the battery, its like its glued shut. No idea how to contact...
