I got hooked on SAF instant yeast when one of my friends revealed it as the secret to her bread always rising sky-high. Once I tried it out, I’ve never bought any other kind of yeast - I’m not willing to risk a bad result, and SAF is incredibly reliable for perfectly risen results every time. Store it in the freezer for longevity (it’s a BIG bag). Baked goods taste fantastic and compared to single packets at the store.
