Dee CubesDee Cubes: I bought the large Im about size 31 jeans and it fit perfectly. I love that there’s no name brand on the black one and a phone holder big enough for iPhone 11. The Velcro is strong and stays in place. Width is 9” wide which is a good length so it doesn’t dig into your skin when you sit at the gym. It’s covers my mid section, I’m 5’3 normal torso length. The silver lining is a great feature for sauna effect and more sweat. It has a smell to it but hand wash it and air dry with time it’ll go away.

Amazon Customer: Be careful to not wear while standing close to a microwave or operating one while wearing the belt. You will feel an electric current in the belt and it will also short out your microwave as if foil paper is in it. This has been MY experience with the belt. Works fine for what they advertised, sweat etc but scary as heck when you encounter this issue not to mention feeling as if you have lost your mind. AVOID ANY MAGNETIC FIELD WHILE WEARING

Tiffany Formilan: I'm a 40" inch waist. I bought this a couple weeks ago because I wanted to see if it will help me slightly reduce my waist size. I just wish they had an XL. I just feel like I'm going to pop the belt open because there isn't enough slack for me to pull it tight without feeling like if I move around it might come off. It definitely does make you sweat. I haven't noticed that much of a difference so far but I've only had it a little less than 2 weeks.
