M S: I have this setup in my 40ft fifth wheel trailer/RV and it works as advertised. It works great. I empty the water bin probably once a week. It’s not very loud and the lighting sets a nice vibe where I put it.

SV: Worked great for a little over 4 months, then it just stopped. Used it for about 12-16 hours per day. Plenty of space around it and filter is clean. Contacted customer support (their card that came with the product said they would respond within 24 hours...they didn't). Emailed them after 48 hours with a picture of their card, "We will reply you within 24 hours and promise will solve your issue".

They replied,
"Dear friend,
Thanks for your letter.
I am so sorry for the problem you meet.
Could you send us a video if it's convenient for you?
We need a video to explain the problem to the supplier.
Waiting for your reply
Anna"

I sent a video to them the same day. No response. I have contacted them two more times...NOTHING.
It broke May 29th and it's now July 16th. I've given up expecting to hear from them.
Look elsewhere for a company that will stand behind their product.

HollyHolly: I like this dehumidifier because it is self explanatory, simple, and does what it should. I live in a very humid area so I have to empty it every other day but it takes 10 seconds to empty it. I purchased this because I have been having a mold problem in my bedroom closet. My bathrooms air vent only circulates the air instead of pulling it out. I take very hot showers and it is already humid where I live. The shower steam leads right to my closet where white mold patches have been growing on all of my stuff . I cleaned all the mold and put this dehumidifier between my shower and closet. I keep it on 24/7 and I haven't had any new patches show up. I have been using it for a month now. It is 12 feet from my bed and I don't even have to put sleep mode on because it is quiet. The air quality in my bedroom is better and maybe even a little colder. I was very worried I would have to invest a lot to fix this mold problem, but this lil guy fixed it. Very satisified. I highly recommend it.

Nancy: This dehumidifier is more than I had hoped for. It is well made and works like a charm. I have used it for about 2 weeks now and my closet no longer has a musty smell. It is more efficient than I imagined it would be and I am amazed that it pulls as much moisture from the area as it does. I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about trying the product out. I have found no need to use the sleep mode because it is very quiet, almost like a very soft sound machine.

cp04: I have a small bathroom with a large window and no air vent thing that most new homes have. So that being said, taking hot showers equals very damp bathroom even with the window open. I started realizing the ceiling started to form brown spots because of the steam and also since I have tiled walls water would be running down the tiles and pooling on the floor. I decided to get this one which fit perfectly on my window area and does collect water like it should. And the dampness is diminished especially with the combo of the open window and the dehumidifier! So I like it! However, since it’s small and the humidity that forms in the bathroom is high, it’s not that powerful to prevent fogging of the mirrors and water running down the wall tiles. Considering it’s small, it’s understandable that it won’t be that powerful for such a high humidity area. But again, it fits and prevents the damp smell and it does collect water. So I’m not mad. If you have a bigger bathroom definitely recommend something bigger especially if you take hot hot showers like me. But if a small bathroom, this is a good choice! The noise level is low too! And it will shut off once it’s full.
