At first I thought the resistance did not work so I asked for replacement, which they sent right away. But next day when I started again the resistance level works. I guess it needs paddled for a little while.
I am very happy with this bike. Beautiful, sturdy, comfy seat, easy assemble by myself (all tools included). Very much worth the price

Shipping was super fast. It came 6 days early. I was able to put it together fairly easy. Iâve never owned a stationary bike before but this feels very sturdy and well made. I canât wait to add it to my workout room. Everything adjust with a knob so itâs very simple. Definitely worth buying. Iâm 5â6â and it fits well. I did take the cage off the pedals since Iâm new to cycling. Maybe once Iâm comfortable and confident in going faster I will reinstall them. The seat is super padded as well. I donât have any complaints.

I received this today and am excited to use it! My husband assembled it and there is a loud sound coming from the front wheel. Does anyone know what it could be our does something need to be tightened?!?

Absolutely great bike. Exactly like the picture, Extremely easy to put together, a 10 year old can do it. If you have trouble following along with pictures then it'd be hard for you. I decided not to attach the iPad holder since I don't use apple products but the phone holder fits my Galaxy note 9 phone exactly, without it's case. The bike is really sturdy, I'm 5'7" and 216 pounds and it's fine, I put the seat on the lowest notch so maybe not great for people under 5'3". Only issue is the seat is very hard on the butt muscles but whenever I buy any type of bike the seat is always an issue. Remember the bike is 75 pounds so if you can't drag it I recommend getting someone to help. (I dragged the box to my apartment using the elevator)
