Kat Werkmeister: I read this book in two days started then finished next day. ITS BEAUTIFUL STORY, and I love how they described Hawaii, their culture, the people and the story of variety of people including the main characters Andi all.. its a BEAUTIFUL story, I dont want to spoil.. I am almost done with 2nd book WTSR.....

H. Rodney Johnson: Having a female writer and a male writer worked very well. They each brought aspects of their own reality to the work. The synergy was authentic and unforced. I was truly moved. I have never been to Oahu but I felt like I had been there after reading this book. The visuals described herein made we feel like I was watching a movie.

Uncaged Book Reviews: This is the first novel in a series, and told in a way that makes me want to escape to Hawaii. The authors do a great job describing this island paradise to the point where you feel like you are there with them. The characters are well flushed out and likeable, and the romance is sweet and irresistible.

Andie makes her way to her best friend’s coffee shop in Hawaii to run it while her friend takes a trip to be with her fiancé in France. Marketing is Andie’s specialty, so she puts her heart and soul into helping the coffee shop turn a profit. Along the way, she meets a man named Warren, who she slowly gets to know on weekly fun outings and you watch the love develop. Unfortunately, there is always something thrown in the way of love stories, and this one is no different. But it ends on a great happily ever after and a satisfying end. I’m glad I read the book now, and am looking forward to the movie that this is going to be turned into in the near future. I’m hoping Mr. Polaha will have a starring role.

fsalick: I bought this because one of the authors is my favorite Hallmark actor and it's set in my most favorite place on earth. It was a win win for me! I really enjoyed the story. It is very well written with the vivid descriptions of Oahu that brought back such great memories for me. I look forward to Book 2!

Kim: I absolutely loved this book from start to finish. Once you start reading it's hard to put down. It transports you to beautiful Hawaii. The descriptions are so vividly written you feel like you are right there. This book was seamlessly written by Anna Gomez and Kristoffer Polaha. You would never know it was two authors coming together as one great collaboration. You will fall in love with the main characters Andie and Warren. The storyline is about struggle and overcoming their own personal obstacles to find love through beautiful moments they spend together exploring the beautiful island of Oahu. I can't recommend this book enough.

Seb: I love this book, this story, these characters. I've had so many thoughts and feelings whilst reading this. I'm not known for being a fan of the romance stuff but this feels bigger than just that. You go on a ride with the characters, the description of their feelings is so on point that you feel as they feel. The imagery is so beautifully worded you can picture it in an instant and I've never been to Hawaii, only seen it in pictures and on TV. There were many times I read a passage three, four, five times just because of it's beautiful imagery. I love the way the book pulls you in, I think many people can relate to where we find Andie at the beginning of the story too, and to many other things in the book. It's fantastic, a wonderful job by Anna Gomez and Kristoffer Polaha. Bravo.

StephanieStephanie: This was a beautiful and moving story. Full of self discovery, love and of course beautiful and special moments in time. It’s one of those books you literally cannot put down. I devoured it in one day!

It is written from both the perspectives of Andie and Warren. It follows their journey of love and understanding of each other. The writing is seamless, it’s hard to believe it’s written by two authors!

A wonderful romance full of raw and real feelings and interestingly isn’t steeped in lust instead it peels back the layers of emotions and deep feelings which often aren’t depicted in romance novels.
