Way easier than I thought it would be. My daughter and I had it up in less than 5 minutes. It can be done by one person too. I took it down myself and wrapped it up and put it in the bag in less than 5 min. It comes in a bag the size of a camp chair, and is very light. We have not used it at the beach yet. But I can see this come in very handy for various activities. For reference, my daughter in the picture is almost 5'10" The patio/closing flap is a little small. Not sure I will use it as such. But it seems sturdy so far.

Got this ahead of a trip to Florida with two young kids. Very easy to setup. Roomy enough to lay in or set a couple beach chairs in to get some shade (amount of shade you get will obviously depend on what direction your facing throughout the day). Was very nice to pull up the large flap to close it completely off from view during diaper changes and such. Between the wagon trips back and forth to the beach, setting up and closing it up, and all the transport in our vehicle I can honestly say it’s very durable. It’s going back to the beach and out to the kids sports outings in the future. Great product.

Nice sized tent and easy to put up. Breaking down can be a little difficult since the picture instructions are not very clear. Fortunately another beach goer was familiar with this style tent and helped us out. Overall it’s a great value and a new essential item when going to the beach with babies.
