I had tried to cancel- glad it didn’t work out. I returned the OTHER processor I bought on sale- the quality wasn’t there! This is a beautiful well working machine. It is a pleasure to work with and cleaning is a breeze! Love it 😊

karinlisajewelry: Stores easily & compactly. Unlikely to lose pieces because everything stores in one dispenser. I like that the feeding chute has several options. Efficient, does the job, no complaints. Love KitchenAid.

Renee C Rice: This is a great food processor. My old one didn't last but a few years, so I wanted to buy a new one that would last more than a couple years. Whenever I have bought the Kitchen Aid brand, I have never been disappointed. This processor is not only powerful but designed perfectly. Having all the blade attachments fit in the bowl for storage instead of pieces throwed everywhere, is one of the best features along with the latched lid & twists free bowl.

Jeremy A. Davis: I had the Kitchen Aid food processor from around 2010. Loved it, though it had some room for improvements. We ended up replacing the main bowl twice during its life and wish they were still available because the motor and everything else still works fantastic. But because the replacement bowls are discontinued, I got this thing.
This new one is a lot lighter. In some ways that is great... but lighter can also indicate less power. So far the FP has not bogged down. I'm not using it to make dough (I have their mixer to do that) so that's the only thing I think might bog this one down. For me, as someone with a disability, lighter is better and the power is plenty.
Now to the things that frustrate me - the old mixer was quiet and the sound it made was smooth and... it's hard to describe but the sound wasn't grating. This new one sounds like a thousand metal bees are screaming for freedom as they die horrible deaths. The mixer is louder than the old one but it isn't the volume as much as the nasty sound it makes that forces me to wear earplugs to use the thing. The sound literally has me going to the chopping board for smaller jobs I'd prefer to use the FP for... but I...

Linda: After having my 35 year standby Cuisinart food processor die, I opted for the Kitchenaid and am I glad I did~! Nicely crafted, it has a slimmer profile and I got it in jazzy red. The thing I noticed right away after shredding veggies was the two sizes the discs gives me. Also, the all purpose blade gives me very standard pieces throughout, no chunks that got missed. It's quieter and liquid doesn't sneak up the center stem like the Cuisinart and leak out. The bowl clicks in place with magnets (?) and locks with a handy clip - very much easier than the Cuisinart which locks by shoving the bowl and lid against the mechanism. Finally, all the discs and blades are stored right on the stem inside the bowl, for easy access. Very tidy! I did cut myself when I grabbed a disc in the center. So now I know to hold the discs by the rims instead. Can't wait to try out all the other blades (slicing, dough blade, etc.). Cleaning up is not a problem. There are less nooks and crannies that catch food material and can be easily rinsed and washed out. A gem of a food processor! I highly recommend!
