Donna Lea: First of all, I do have plantar fasciitis. So, was concerned about these are supports due to the fact that they are higher than others I have tried. And they are stiffer, too. Tried them in tennis shoes I use for walking or shopping. Very comfortable. Was able to walk around for hours. Still timid about wearing them when I actually am playing tennis. (Which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Horseygal: I tried several different brands, none of which were comfortable or of quality. I finally bought this insole and the first word out of my mouth when I stepped on it was “perfect”! It truly feels wonderful. These are excellent for helping me with planters fasciitis. It has a hard sole on the bottom, which is great because it gives better support. It’s nice & soft on the top side. They are amazingly designed with the best shape to fit my foot perfectly and provide excellent arch support. I didn’t experience heel pain at all with these. I wear a size 7 1/2 to 8 in a women’s tennis shoe. I purchased the insoles in size small. (Size 6-7), and it fits perfect, as I am smaller boned. Love these so much! I just ordered several more pair. Even if you don’t have plantar fasciitis, these are great to give your foot more support, especially as you get older. You don’t notice that it is an insole in your shoe because it feels like it’s built in directly in the shoe! The purple is very pretty btw. Excellent quality, feel, support and cost! I highly recommend these!!

JBKB: I've purchased five pairs of these now, which should speak for itself. I've also recommended them to several family members and friends, all of who are now fans too. I have high arches and arthritis in both feet and these make all the difference! No more foot pain. They provide great firm support, yet are nicely cushioned for comfort. I also love that this 3/4 size insole fits into all my closed toe shoes, boots and sneakers without having to go up a size, which I've had to do with the full size insoles. They are priced well, at almost 75% less than full size insoles. These are truly the best.

Cooper's Mom: I have a pair for each of the pairs of shoe I own. That is how helpful they are to my comfort. They are not soft as other companies make them like Dr. Scholl's. They are not as expensive either, but they work much better. I found that I need cushion in the shoe not the support. I need the firmness in the support to keep my ankles from turning and my flat arch supported. These are rubber on the bottom and hold onto the shoe well. They are also trimmable although that is not advertised. I used a pair of house scissors to trim a bit off the side to accommodate a bunion that age has so graciously bestowed upon me. I will buy more as needed but they are well made and last. I'm still using a pair I purchased more than a year ago. Dr. Scholl's lasted less than a year and did not give the firm support needed.

Honeybunny: First off, these things are VERY sturdy. They didn’t budge one bit when I tested them by trying to bend them. So they're obviously high quality.
I wanted to love these because of the price and because they actually fit into my slip-on vans, but unfortunately they caused a ton of pain and soreness in my knees. I think this was actually too much support for my issues. They were comfortable for my feet though, which was nice. They're definitely worth a try.

Caleb: It's a pretty high arch, so it felt a bit uncomfortable when I first started wearing it. However, as someone with flat feet, it does seem to have helped with reducing the pain in my arches when I go on runs.
