ERock: I love using Panko when breadcrumbs are called for in recipes, but was having a hard time finding this whole wheat variety in my local grocery stores. I appreciate that Amazon offers this product in a multi-pack so I can stock up. The price is reasonable and the breadcrumbs toast up exactly as the non-whole wheat variety does. They add a nuttiness as well. The resealable inner bags keeps the Panko fresh and easy to store.
