Brynn S.: We've been using this Pork Panko for a couple of years now. We use this in leu of breadcrumbs or to coat cheese sticks when making chaffles. I'm sure there are so many more uses, but we just love the flavor it adds as well as the binding that you'd get from breadcrumbs without the extra carbs.

chris hughes: look, jessica told me this stuff was the bomb. she weren't wrong. this stuff is so great. if you want your crunchy crunch without that the carby carbs...this is your jam. i used this stuff for salmon cakes in lieu of bread crumbs, let me tell you...pork does go with salmon. them things were so good. my dinner guests raved. literally. best salmon cakes they ever had. look, i'm a good cook, but i ain't best you ever had good...so i can only assume it was the pork panko that did the trick.

my next foray will be into chicken nuggies. why ? because i'm a 51 year old grown ass man and i love chicken nuggies with a little bit of honey mustard or bbq sauce and i'm also a 51 year old man that has grown ass and belly and i need to lose that stuff...so i gotta cut the carbs.

if you want quality breadcrumb like texture and crisp, and you dont want bread or carbs...just buy these things. season them with salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne and maybe even some parmesan cheese and deep fry all your stuff coated in this and you will be happy and healthier.
