Richard Alexander: These are easy to install and do last a full 10 years. Mine “went bad” within 2 weeks of each other after full 10 years. The 2 pack was a bargain price wise as I recall.

Awesomer: Installing these was simple. I like that the battery is a one and done yet will last ten years. Not much thought into this device. Drill the screws in the right place snap on the back and hang on the screws and you are protected! The design looks very nice and the test button was an adequate size.
