guy1974blue: I wanted a strap with hoops for isometric exercises. They are when you exert maximum or near maximum pressure in a static hold. Think resistance band exercises without the movement. But the strap needs to take the strain and so far it does. It's akway not rough but quite soft. Would buy again.
