We spend the entire time on the water and wanted to make sure she didn’t get too tired. The vest was so nice to have a handle on the back to pick her up onto the raft/island, and it was so dang cute! Great purchase! We had her swim with it & without. Without the vest, only her head was above water, with it, her entire back was afloat. (See video).

petpeople: I bought this for my friends 75-pound female rottweiler who loves to swim in our inground pool but lacks the ability to keep herself afloat. This does the job. I have purchased other jackets but this one appears to be better constructed from fit to fabric. It is easy to put on and remove. And then there is the absolute cuteness of a very large rottweiler swimming in her pink & purple mermaid jacket!

Papa: Made very stiff and would have rubbing areas which would make it very uncomfortable, possibly causing sores. Very bulky under the neck area.

Our dog was comfortable wearing it on land and in the water. It gave us confidence that he was safe in the water.

Amazon Customer: Love this life jacket! My 22 lbs French Bulldog actually stays afloat in the water (even when she dives off our paddle board). I got a size M and it fits her great but it’s also easily adjustable with the straps and Velcro. And the shark fin is darling. Great buy!
