Amazon Customer: I like that we have one. It fits in a small kitchen. I like the rounded look of it. It works fine for most things, but it takes ay too long to brown a piece of toast! I miss my regular old toaster. This is good for a frozen pizza, or a small casserole.

MaLamp: I absolutely love it, I do all my baking in this thing, my oven is basically forgotten! I made fries, one of the recipes in the booklet provided, they are the real deal. Taste and crunch like deep-fried fries, but healthy!
It won't fit a frozen pizza, but if you can cut it in half it'll fit.

juan: Today I received my oven, it was delivered well packaged that is good because it had no signs of bumps or defects. after washing it I started to use it and everything seems to work well, the only flaw I saw: it does not have good insolation and the heat is passed to the outside steel plate, my recommendation to the manufacturer to put a better insolation to keep the heat inside.
good investment for 97 dlls.

Cheryl G: I use to have a Cusinart but it was too big for the space where I wanted So I bought this air fryer to replace..it was compact and fit nicely on the counter.. as for cleaning…I started putting foil on the bottom of drip pan for easy cleanup because without it you’re constantly cleaning the pan and it’s stains..also crumbs get between pan and door opening so you have to use a toothpick to clean out. I wish the oven had a pause mode so you can open oven without shutting it off to flip an item without getting heat in the face and hands and then you have to redo the settings again..all in all not much to complain about except for the two things I mentioned. It does what an air fryer is expected to do..

Donna TDonna T: I've been researching for a convection oven/air fryer for a while. I finally decided on this one. I've only had it for a week. So far I've just used the air fryer. Works superfast. This is a sturdy machine. Everything is well built. You have so many options. I like that you can program in any temperature. I think it's easy to use and clean. You can turn a light on to see how your food is progressing. There is only one thing I don't like so far. When your food is finished, you really can't hear the timer go off unless you're standing in from of it. But that's a very small issue. The package was damaged. But the seller used heavy duty cardboard and I think that saved my product. No issues whatsoever! I think it's very important and helpful to read the safety precautions in the booklet before you use.

Update: So I am having some issues. My air fryer basket is a little bent on one side. I always hand wash it so I'm thinking it must have happened from the high heat. And more disappointing is the interior light blew out! All I did was push the light button on and it blew. Without that feature I have to open the door to check food. Not happy about that. So I'm going to have to...

Elmer: Unit functions well and like the ability to select different settings. Disappointed in that it takes 6 minutes for toast. Also thought the unit would be a little bigger inside.

eva: It is easy to use. Our other one was a basket type. This is easier to use.Pretty quiet . Would definitely recommend.

Edit for complaint:
My only complaint is that the seller requested a review in exchange for replacement basket and tray. Of course they requested a 5 star review. The product deserved a 5 star review so we were happy to give the product 5 stars. The company never sent the basket and tray after we posted the 5 star review. Therefore we have changed it to a 4 star rating due to deceptive business practices. We did email them our 5 star review but there was no response after an extended period.

mon: Brought this to replace my toaster oven. It also air fries beautifully! After 2 days, I got rid of my toaster too, as this makes toast more evenly & more efficiently. The unit runs quietly. It is very user friendly. It's easy to clean. I like the optional light feature, which allows you to check your food without opening the door. It's big enough to fit a Tenderflake pie crust. The interior is remarkably large. L×W is more than 8.5 inches. Great purchase!
