B1FAATO: Product is lightweight and easy to use. But... stopped working after several months of using to trim the nails on my two dogs. Only used twice a month. Cycles on and off when trimming nails. Can't use. Look for another and don't buy. Trying to contact customer service on the seller :(

Gloria S: I was amazed when I received the product to find that it was well made, powerful, and compact to use. Based on the price which was well under 75% of the ones I was looking at and another one I purchased I did not expect to like this product. I am a real beginner so I did not want to invest too much in the product so I bought this one and another one from a retailer that was 3 times the price of this one. This one had more power and compact. I did have a hard time learning how to change the tips but got the hang of that now. Received the product on time, packed well and undamaged. Good Job. I would purchase from this seller again.

Melinda: Be careful with putting the bit in and out. I have stripped a part. I guess...now the bit does not stay in..so it doesn't work anymore.

Reader123: Works great and didn't have to go to podiatrist and pay to have nail thinned. It's like a mini-Dremel he uses. Bits work great and do not hurt if they come in contact with skin at edge of nail. Removes nail at good speed so as to not remove too much too fast. Wife wanted to try it and used it more than I did for nails and callused skin. Definitely recommend variable speed as I went slower when next to cuticle. I see no reason for reverse direction from other mfg. Also like that speed adjustment is on motor unlike some others. Good price and works good. Some reviews complained of bits too tight and they were at first but slide them in/out many times and they get better; be sure collet is backed off or they will not insert. Wife had problem changing bits but use technique/muscle and works fine. Will improve with age.
