Cindy Mishler: First of all I bought a line that was way too long. So I wrapped it around the end of a fence post to hook it back up to the other side of the fence. But the type of material that the line is made from it kind of gives with weight. So I have to keep shortening up the line so I can have a tighter line. I should have just went to harbor freight and see if I could get wire on a roll or something and run a wire from one end of the other cuz rope gives wire doesn't.

JNK: It's easy to tie the rope, rope is strong and true to its mentioned length but some tiny threads keeps coming out. And these threads sticks to clothes. May not last long as of now okay.

Chris: This is a handy item because of the hardware but a 50 cotton rope will stretch with some weight. The second time I put it up between a porch post and a tree at 7' as tight as I could get it and when loaded up with sheets and tee shirts (no jeans or heavy items) the lowest point was about 4'. Handy but probably could do better at a box store. Next time going with something with less stretch!

E LAMB: I got this to use a run line for my small dog. It's light enough for them to get around, unlike wire rope. It's nicely made but I think it would to thick to fit a clothes pin on it and would have to be pulled pretty tight to hang anything on it.

DW: I purchased this to make a closeline in my basement for hanging sheets. It works great for that, as It is nice and thick, and I can drape the sheets over so they don't touch the floor.
