If you are looking for a e-bike rack that will handle more than 2 bikes look no further as there is none that will match this. It is really beefy. I literally stepped on it and jumped up and down on it and it took it like a champ. Took 3-65lbs e-bikes + a regular bike on a 80 km trip and it did not wobble and made no squeaking sound. The 4 hooks that secures the bikes to the post are all lockable (some reviewers say only 2 are lockable). Installation is not as easy like a Hollywood Rack but you should take that as a positive as it won't be stolen that easily. I already been approached by few people asking where I got it as they have not seen a bike rack that can carry more than 2 e-bikes before. I would strongly suggest putting reflective tapes on the rack bars or attach a trailer light when you are carrying more than 2 bikes as the vehicle rear lights will be blocked by all bikes. I also think the company should put reflective tape along the cross bars to add visibility during night time. Overall it is the best e-bike rack one can buy. Ok, so I was worried about this rack even though the reviews seems to be great. My biggest concerns was adding two heavy fat tire e-bikes on this rack and how stable it will be. The packaging was adequate and the assembly, overall quality and finish was impressive. I have only done a short trip with it so far but impressed with this rack overall. Both e-bikes were stable with some slight movements but not from the hitch part that was stable with no wobbles. Overall for the $$ it was worth it for me. Time will tell on longer 5 hours plus trips how it holds up but very happy with this buy.

Bought two folding ebikes recently and unfortunately they didn't fit in the space reserved for them. So, with a week before the first camping trip we had to scramble to find a suitable carrier that covered all the bases:
1. 2 inch receiver
2. 4" tire slots
3. 120 lb capacity
4. in stock with delivery in less than a week
5. 4+ star reviews
Luckily this one was just about the only carrier that met all criteria.
I can find no faults with it, other than one observation. First, understand that this is built to last. It is steel, not aluminum. The engineering is excellent, as is the construction. The packaging and instructions are excellent; bags of parts are lettered and these letters are referenced in the instructions so you don't have to wonder. Good drawings of the assembly process. Made in Taiwan, not China, so English is pretty clear. All necessary tools included. Assembly was fast and easy.
The only mystery at first for me was how to lock the shorter (bottom) bike holder. You don't insert the key and turn it, you just insert it and then turn the knob and it locks. The instructions aren't really clear. I turned it the...

Great bike rack! I was looking for a four bike platform hitch mounted rack, and this fit the bill. I have traveled three times with it for over 60 miles each time on the highway, and it is doing great. The bikes stay firmly secured and there is very little wobble due to the locking mechanism on the hitch. I like how it folds up when not in use. I love how it locks the bikes.
It is big and as expected hangs way out beyond my bumper. While it has the ability to tilt down to open the hatch of my outback, I couldn’t imagine lowering it with it loaded unless it was absolutely necessary. It would simply be too heavy.
The rack was not terribly difficult to assemble but the box it arrives in is very heavy and difficult to move. We had difficulty getting it from our front door to the garage when it arrived. (Hint: get it delivered to the spot where you are going to assemble it.)
There are a few improvements I would like to see on it.
1. Wrench- they give you a wrench to tighten the rack to the hitch, but it would be great to have a place on/inside the rack to store the wrench. I am afraid that I am going to misplace it.
