No Longer Amused: I broke a toe. Doc set it. Doc said wear this a little every morning until you can leave it on all day. Don't sleep in them b/c circulation problems might develop. First time I put it on it was a bit of a struggle but managed to adjust it correctly. It stayed put. I walked a mile with both left and right on my feet. No problem. I don't know how long they will last but they will last as long as I need them for sure.

pamperedtraci: The feel of them on my feet took some getting used to. They fit my large feet well. Fairly easy to get on one toe at a time. Relieved pain after first hour of wear. Wearing too long does leave impression of design on my feet.

KenFS: Good design. Just what I wanted. But they only last me a couple weeks at best (they stretch out). I'm going to try another brand, made out of a different material.

Patrick Tate: I had a hammer toe issue and these work to keep it from hurting or getting hot when I run. I am able to wear them under a sock and they are not uncomfortable when I put on the shoe. I only use the left foot one.

I did have to return my first pair because they ripped apart as I tried to get them on. If you take your time and are careful they can be fitted on your foot. They are not a grab and pull on kind of deal. There is a definite right and left side based on the number of breathing holes in the device.

I will give the company props for replacing the ones I wrecked. Have had no issues with the replacements but I do take my time now getting them in place.

Golfr013Golfr013: Before I purchased these gel pads I bought some that only had one toe-ring on them to secure them to the foot. Big mistake! As soon as I pulled my socks over them they simply bunched up everywhere making it impossible to keep them flat and in place. These, however, are just the ticket. They have support holes for each toe making them extremely stable and they actually provide the protection one would expect because they stay in place, even after pulling tight heavyweight socks over my feet. I also bought some fabric metatarsal pads with gel pads sewn inside, and, although they stayed in place, they were uncomfortable because they were too thick. If you try these, I think you'll be as amazed as I am. As an avid runner, these have begun to make a big difference in the comfort of my runs and the conditions of the metatarsal pads in the front of my feet.

UPDATE:

Since the seller offers a 3-year free replacement warranty on these, I have been using the same pair since November 8th whenever I would run. The attached picture shows how one of the pads has deteriorated in just that period of time although the one for the right foot is still doing fine. I am going to contact...
