Decent air fryer toaster oven but the accessories that come along with it are trash and JOYOUNG does not reply to customer service emails asking on how to get a replacement.
Pretty much if your accessories rust (coating on roast rod and drip tray is garbage) you are out of luck. JOYOUNG will ignore you and leave you on read.
The fry basket will RUST
The Rotisserie rod will RUST
The baking tray will RUST
The wire rack is the only decent thing but that's because it hasn't rusted yet.
These were all Hand Washed.
It's December and they Still haven't responded to my CS emails.
Update Edit-
It died. Moderate use for toast or bacon in the mornings 5 days a week and it's only lasted 5 months.

This air fryer oven is quite large and I was worried if it would even fit on my countertop. It is larger than my current air fryer oven, but it does have a sleeker look and does not look atrocious on my countertop. Thankfully, it did fit on my countertop with just a few inches of space between the top of the oven and the bottom of my cabinets. The air fryer is simple to use and the touchscreen is very modern and easy to use as well. I have used other Joyoung products and this is a well-known brand in China. So far, I have had no issues with it.

I absolutely LOVE this air fryer/toaster oven. I haven’t turned on my full-size oven or used my old air fryer since this arrived because it truly does it all. Cooking for six people has been a breeze and it has made it easy to please the whole family. The accessories are dishwasher safe so makes cleanup incredibly easy.
Straight out of the box this unit comes with everything you need to make a delicious meal including the tools to safely remove the oven rack, air fryer basket or baking pan when they are hot so eliminates the need for oven mitts. The large size and multiples trays / rack positions has made it possible for me to cook a variety of foods at the same time which has been a huge time-saver. It is the perfect appliance for those evenings after work when you don’t feel like cooking, but everyone still needs to eat. I have been planning out our meals in advance so after a long workday I am able to make a quick, easy meal that everyone loves.
