M: I've struggled with gut issues for most of my adult life. When my IBSD flares up, it's pretty miserable. If you know you know. Gas, bloating, back and forth to the bathroom, cramping, and each time gas gets passed it feels like a game of Russian Roulette with your underpants. I don't want to leave my house and I'm TERRIFIED to try to brave social events. Immodium and GasX offer some relief, but only temporarily and even then it ain't guaranteed. And this usually lasts for several weeks or even months during which I have to avoid most of my favorite foods, alcohol, and people.

I ordered this because of the reviews and experiences and even then I was skeptical, but I noticed a definite improvement about 3 days in and now a week later, this is the first day I've felt pretty much normal in several weeks.

I've been taking it as directed, one pill in the morning and one in the evening. And I haven't even been watching my diet or alcohol intake as much as I normally do when I'm having a gut episode. I added my fiber supplement and kombucha again a few days ago as I've found these have helped reduce the number of episodes I have.

The bottle says it takes about 2 weeks...

cierra n: I have ibs. Mainly loose stool but sometimes constipation. I also had my gallbladder taken out which has made my ibs worse. I have tried everything and this product seems to be the only thing that has somewhat worked. I can’t say it helped completely but it makes life more tolerable. I don’t feel like I have to plan my days around toilets as often. Like I said i still have bad days but not as often. For me it took a few weeks of taking this twice a day to notice a difference so maybe for new buyers don’t give your complete opinion until you have tried for about a month. That’s just my opinion on this product. I was desperate and figured anything would be better than trying nothing at all and I have ordered many different products like this and this seems to be the only one for me that helps a little bit

charles: I’ve been using this for about a week now and I can totally tell the difference in my bowel movements. I have IBS-D and this definitely helps. I use it as directed. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night.

I use to have to use the bathroom more frequently all throughout the day. Now it’s 1-3 times a day. I was never able to go out without worrying about my stomach.

I went out recently and still was worrying and occasionally would still get the anxious stomach but it sort of would go away. I’m not sure if my IBS will ever fully go away but I really do think this stuff is helping.

UPDATE:
I had been drinking benefiber before I took these pills and benefiber helped but it didn’t fully take away my IBS-D symptoms. So I started taking the pills and the benefiber together which really helped. BUT I recently ran out of the benefiber suppliment and decided to keep taking the pills without the fiber and unfortunately it didn’t work as well... everyone’s body is different so this may work for me but it may not work for others.

UPDATE: I stopped using this because after a couple of months it didn’t work anymore. My stomach probably got use to it…...
