Robert W. McColgin: I used this a few times while I waited for the garden season to get started. Each time I kneeled on it, some of the plastic seat would crack and then started giving away. I could not find the email address to talk with JaxSunny. I love the idea of the kneeler. It is what I needed. But it would not support me consistently and I am a lot less than the weight it promised. (Pause: JAXSUNNY has contacted me and they have asked if they can help with a solution. Positive - add 1 star. I will edit my review when they solve the solution)
Update: Customer service worked with me and we resolved the issue. THe kneeler is not made for somebody over 250 lbs but they helped work out a solution. This may be the perfect product for a smaller person than i am.

Ina Saltz: I don’t know how I survived without this kneeler! It is now an essential part of my gardening repertoire of tools. The side handles allow me to get down and back up by using my arms and creating less strain on my knees , with the arthritis in my knees it had become very difficult for me to kneel. I feel as if all my former functionality has been restored. The kneeler is light enough to carry to the far reaches of my property. Iocome in really handy as a seat too, when I get tired and need a break I just flip it over. Wish I had ordered this a couple if years ago!

ksmith67: I expressed an interest in JAXSUNNY Foldable Soft Garden Kneeler and my husband got it for me for Christmas. I have used it several times. Once in the house when I had to reach something in a lower shelf. It was very helpful. It helped my knees and it helped me get up. I have also used it as a seat which was helpful . It is easy to open and close. I recommend it for anyone who needs to cushion their knees while doing a task It is also very helpful in getting back up.
