Lo que sí, tomen en cuenta que sí lo compran y aseguran, estos seguros te piden factura y por ser compra internacional Amazon no la emite, Hace un mes de la compra y el vendedor no me responde. Quizá funcione dicho seguro con el registro de compra pero aun nadie me lo ha confirmado.

Marcie: I purchased the 6 tray dehydrator and it is very large. (In a good way). Works super well, better than your small plastic standard dehydrator. But Both will get the job done. With this dehydrator there is a fan that circulates the hot air to provide even dehydration. Which I really like, it makes it a lot quicker than a standard dehydrator that doesn’t circulate. This fan thankfully runs very quiet, sounds like a super quiet AC so it’s not silent like your standard cheap dehydrator with no fan. You can adjust the temperature and timer. By the door a lot of heat seems to escape which worried me, but it doesn’t seem to matter. The one thing I absolutely HATE about this dehydrator is how loud the beeping is!!! When you turn it on, adjust the temperature, or the timer the dehydrator beeps once. It’s so obnoxiously loud and for what? When it’s done dehydrating it beeps a total of 20 times? I don’t know why it can’t just beep a few times. The first time I didn’t think it stopped, I thought maybe you had to open the door or manually stop it because it beeps so much. The only way to stop the timer is to unplug it or stop it before the timer goes. I wish...

Mayr: Great! Buy it. Highly recommend this product. So pleased with the ease of use and repeatable results with this dehydrator. Instructions and touch screen are easy to understand and use (I am a technology spaz and have difficulty with most digital screens... NOT this one). Efficient and NOT loud! Also, looks beautiful and blends in nicely with other appliances. We have purchases less expensive, inferior, loud products which produced less desirable food and in a much longer time frame. THIS, is the one to buy. We got all of the apples and pears processed this year, very quickly and easily. Actually looking forward to my next project! TY

Ann Laughlin: There is plenty of room to dehydrate a lot of veggies. Quite easy cleaning. I would buy another for twice the processing. I am adding to this review. This was purchased then delivered on nov 23rd by Jan 28th it no longer functions. I had til the 31st to return it. I processed the return. I have 30 days to send it back. New one on the way. If the same thing happens I will be back to report. I was very pleased with this unit. I searched a long time to find the right one for my needs. I thought this was it. Easy use buttons in the front of the unit. Large capacity clear front glass door. Clean look. Fit in the location I had for it. I sure hope I don’t regret getting a refund. I am a gardener and have many uses for this unit. If it DIES again my review will not be to ever buy this unit. Time will tell. We control weather they make money. Let’s just keep that in mind. My next stop will be back to the company if it does last more than a few months.
Update on second unit. It just died again. I received the replacement in late March. Used this 2nd unit a few times. I just had it running and it has died for the second time. I will be contacting the company. This...

User notes: The dehydrator comes with one plastic sheet that overlays the stainless steel tray. And it's fine but what if you have more than one tray requiring that kind of plastic sheet. For the fruits and veggies and the cookies and such that I dehydrate I found a 6 pack of Silicon sheets - an example of part of one is shown in the picture here. They are fantastic. Theyadded about $20 to the cost (from a different supplier) but a great product that works beautifully with this elegant machine. If I'm dehydrating apples or bananas, for example, I don't want the fruit on the stainless steel grid directly and these silicon sheets - which you will see are porous if you can make the picture bigger - are wonderful: easy to clean and they don't stain and they allow the air to move through the product being dehydrated. I think the stainless steel racks might be more difficult and time consuming to clean it in direct touch with the food items.

I also purchased some Teflon sheets, a 9 pack, and these were non-porous if you're making stuff that is a little runny ... like fruit leathers. Don't...

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Love this dehydrator. I had such a hard time deciding between it and the Excalibur. This won out because of the stainless steel and price point. I have used it almost daily and it does not disappoint. The only down side that I have found is that while the racks are supposed to be square, they are in fact off just enough that they only go into the oven in one direction. I solved the guessing with the red and orange oven rack shields you see in the picture. They work great and I highly recommend you getting them to go with this.

Amazon Customer: Okay, had to give the unit a 4 star for breaking down on me...
But I wish I could give the seller kudos (high marks) for taking good care of me when I contacted them about the issue. They were impressive.
As far as the unit goes, it is very large and spacious as well as having the racks nicely spaced. The only issue I have is that the racks can be a bit tough to clean if you aren't putting in a very clean product to start with (I dried durian in it and it was a mess - and tasted not so good ...lol...). For drying apples, pears, mango, etc, I had no problem. Peach was okay as long as it was firm. The reason is that the racks have ridges to them is because of the way the racks' strands (the wire mesh) are interlaced. It is a minor inconvenience but still adds time to cleanup.
I have used several different dehydrators over the years, with many different configurations, and I have to say that this gave me a consistent product whether on the top rack or on the bottom and did not matter the load (full or partial). For the price, it makes it capable of competing with more costly units such as Excalibur. It is a high recommend in my opinion.

The fairly odd parents: I can't believe how nice this is. I went through a lot of listings for other brands and was very worried about the amount of plastic in the so called "high end" models. I went with this model because it was all stainless steel (and had the best reviews). The Ivation dehydrator (I got the 10 tray model) looks and feels like it was twice the cost. Everything about it is so well made, I was very impressed when taking it out of the box and it looks so good I don't mind leaving it out all the time (which is good because it is big!). There are a few features that I would have considered paying more for, if they were available as options. Being able to accurately set the temperature instead of the "9 degree" increments would have been nice. I'm new to dehydrating and if the recipe says 135 degrees, I would feel better setting it to the exact temperature instead of deciding to go higher or lower. I wish you could turn the beeping sound down or off, as it is a little loud. I would also have liked to purchase more of the fruit leather trays, as it only came with one. I haven't seen that as an option, though. But those aren't deal breakers for me. I would much...
