Got rid of the sulfur and penny smell from the water - very pleased with this system and the spin down filter.
I used the F3WGB32BKS filters for my situation, hydrogen sulfide and sediment.

C. Crain: We hired a plumber for the installation since the location required to have it out of the weather and the intake into the house were at different ends of our home.
Initially there was a rusty smell after the installation. "Nick" in iSpring's customer service department suggested checking the order in which the 3 filters were installed.
The plumber had inverted 2 of the filters. Once I put them in the correct order the smell went away and our water quality overall is much improved with the system in place.
Nick also sent us a replacement filter pack as a courtesy.
Overall, we are very pleased with the filter system and ISpring's customer service response.

Just_a_Guy: This unit does everything it's supposed to. Could use a bit longer handle on the included canister wrench. I had to employ my 300lb friend to get the filters changed out. Otherwise, I'm more than pleased with the performance, and not getting gouged on the replacement filter price.

Wayne Applegath: Installation wasn't too difficult. I bought this mainly to remove the strong sulfer smell from my water. It worked great right away, but after only 3 weeks the sulfer smell is coming back. Very disappointed.
