Audrey H.: Great sink water filter! Easy to put onto standard faucet, and tighten with your pliers. 2nd time I've bought this one. I missed it when I was using filtered water pictures over the summer. Such a nuisance to keep waiting for them to fill so slowly! The water tastes great! Better than the Pure water pitcher and the brita - in my opinion, and my daughter's as well.

gary ehrlich: We really like the taste of the water much better then the pitcher type filtered water. Its a lot more convenient. It started to leak a little I contacted Nick at customer service he emailed me that day and is sending me a new unit now that’s customer service.

A few weeks later still really love this product! Great water

D K: Water tested higher with filter than out of tap, meaning there are contaminates coming from the filter, even after 2 days of running water through it for minutes at a time at times. And have to pay 7.99 for UPS pickup, or take it 20 miles away to a UPS Access Point? No option for Replacement anywhere? Like, defective item and it actually is supposed to work? No business does that for defective not as advertised items. I would never let Amazon sell my product with such poor representation. Shame on you iSpring.

Jeff Capri: Great little filter. I've used the Pur and Brita filters in the past. I definitely prefer this iSpring Faucet Water Filter. It's simplistic design make installation and filter replacement super simple. The water flavor is also an upgrade. Only criticism, after 2 years of heavy use, the lever began to leak, and squirt in all kinds of fun directions. After contacting Michele at iSpring, they were kind and helpful with providing a replacement. Will continue using iSpring! Very Nice product and customer service.

Sam D.: When I received my faucet filter from iSpring the adapters were missing, I thought oh no. I called customer service and someone actually answered the phone. I spoke with Nick, and not only did he listen, he apologized, and within three days I had the adapters. My wife really likes this filter, she could not use the previous filter, the filter had a pull out knob, and it was difficult for her to use, This filter had a large turn
handle, much easier to use. Thanks go out to Nick and iSpring for your help.
