Chuckles: After going through several of the more popular filters, the Water Drop was a seismic shift in quality. The steel construction and hefty valve set it apart. After three months of use, it is holding up much better than its predecessors. The taste of the water is fine, and the flow rate is superior. The only knock on it is the lack of a end-of-filter indicator. You just have to wait until the water shifts in taste.

KingNothing: I was tired of buying the plastic made ones and them springing a leak within 6 months of use, chose to get this one for its steel build and was not disapointed, not only does it feel sturdy but the flow rate from both sides is nearly as good as stock tap. the water taste as good as youd expect it to. 10/10 would buy this again if needed,

Fiddler's Granddaughter: I didn’t need an adapter, although there are several included. I just screwed it on my faucet. I used my own strength, not a tool, and tightened it. No leakage. It’s small so it isn’t in the way when I’m using the faucet for normal washing, etc. it is metal so I’m impressed that it’s light weight. So far I’m loving it.

J L BOYS: Filter was so easy to install .Took less than 5 minutes. Put on bathroom sink because our well water smells really bad from sulfer. I can now brush my teeth and wash face with no smells. I will get another for kitchen sink.

Amanda legris: I live in an old apartment in an even older city and the tap water tastes like dirt. zadok: I have owned this product for a year and the plastic lever that turned the filter on broke, otherwise I would have given it a 5 star. The entire product is stainless steel as advertised with the exception of the lever which was plastic! I do not know why they would make such a quality product with a plastic part that must not fail to use the product, however, I contacted their customer service and they immediately sent me a brand new one with out charge. I would highly recommend the product, it is the best one I have found with the exception of that slight flaw but the customer service is above expectations and for that reason I will continue to buy their product. They stand behind them and for that I am greatly satisfied!

Flower: I have had other companies which were made of plastic and they always got loose at the water filter to the connection to the faucet and when I tighten them again they would crack or at the filter itself. Terrific this is metal and can be connected better and If it gets loose I can tighten without being worried it will break. Well made and filter last 3 times as long as the other filters and doesn’t cost more to buy the filters

Heather Wolf: Another Update: Returned the original filter and received a replacement. This one has had zero leaks for well over a month, even using the pivot functions, which I expected to cause it to loosen. So I would say quality control is lacking but if you get a good one, it's the best one I have ever purchased. Apart from having to return the first one at all to get a working unit, overall, that process was smooth, easy and free. Also, with the second one, I was able to use a normal amount of plumber's tape. Still not looking forward to changing the filter because of that. The water pressure has not backed off so my husband still questions how well it can be filtering. For me, the bigger challenge will be knowing when to change it. I wish there was some sort of indicator, apart from time. We have a counter -top ice maker and go through a lot of water. First Update: Within a few days, this thing is leaking like crazy. It's coming out the top of the base where the filter base attaches to the housing and is a steady stream that drips contaminated water into the filtered water. The filter base is very thin metal so you feel it give when you are trying to screw it onto the housing. I don't...
