Starburst: The unit was quite easy to install especially as we were able to use some of the old plumbing from my previous water filter. The water tastes great and good to know it's alkaline. Also good to know I can maintain it myself and change the filters at relatively low cost unlike my last filter. I'm very impressed with the quietness also. So overall very happy.

Lorenz Miranda: I've had my RO unit since 2020 and have only had one issue related to the auto flush solonoid valve. After reaching out to iSpring and speaking with Nick, I am very satisfied with the level of support he's provided and the resolution to the issue I was having.

If I ever need another RO unit in the future, I will strongly consider another one from iSpring.

ABEY/AMY: Bought this item some 4 years ago and since then we enjoyed the water and the unit's performance . Never had any issues till last month and I started hearing a vibration noise . Michele suggested to do the re-pressurization of tank and membrane filter change . That did not help and the vibration noise was unbearable .Later , to my surprise and to the upmost satisfaction, Mitchele helped to place a new head machine for me... Never had such a wonderful experience with a consumer product and the empathy put forward by a technical support ! Mitchele - you are the customer champion !!! I recommend this RO unit to everyone and their customer support is the best I ever experienced !

John Young: Install went fine. Unit worked perfectly for 2 yrs, then a noise started with pump. Contacted Isprings, talked with Nick about the problem. He determined what the problem was, and sent me a new filter head and pump. This was well after my warranty had expired. Have always been a little leery on purchasing more expensive items on Amazon , worried what, if any, customer service would be available. Couldn't be more pleased with the help and service Nick and Isprings provided, thanks Nick and Isprings team for great customer service!

DickandjaneDickandjane: I installed this in our mountain home(Colorado) with well water and a water softener. The water has a bit of a bitter flavor and had that soft water feel(slimy?).

This system was packaged really well. Mostly everything was already assembled, just need to install the filters. Hoses were super easy to install in the push fittings.

I installed this in the basement about 5ft away from the refrigerator directly above it. I mounted the system on the well, with three tank a bit higher. I have no issues with pressure going to the water dispenser in the fridge.

The system produces clean water really quickly! I originally picked this model with the pump in case my well water pressure dropped, but the best thing about it is how fast it filters the water! The pump is also very quiet.

The water tastes incredible! Hopefully the system performs well for a long time.

If you're installing this under the sink it comes with everything needed. If you're installing elsewhere you may need a longer drain hose.

alan paul: We had originally purchased the 7-stage UV RO system, but after installing it, the water tasted garlicky, almost metallic like and funny tasting. So I called the guys at iSpring and they informed me because I was on the city water supply line I did not need the 7-stage system and instead recommended the RCC7P-AK-6 stage RO system with built in pump because the water pressure where I live is around 30 PSI.
After returning the original and installing the 6-stage system, its almost been a week now that we've been using filtered water for drinking, coffee and cooking. The water tastes great and we have peace of mind that its safe to drink. Best of all no more plastic bottled water to waste money on. I had just purchased Britta filters a month ago so we will be weaning off of them too.
Special shout goes to Nick/John and Michelle at iSpring for taking care of my issues in a timely manner.

jamie: Their customer service is great. Resolving every small issue immediately over the phone.

The product is as described, and I get around 20 ppm after AK.
I was getting 149ppm before without filtering. Upon Brita, i got 139ppm, meaning the rest of 130ppm was metals or some other non-chlorine based chemicals.

Pressure is great.

The tank reservoir was large enough to fill the whole brita water pitcher (2.4L) maybe in ~60 seconds ( not accurate). After that, the pressure got definitely weaker but still usable.

Water tastes like just pure water. I personally like Brita water taste because of those un-filtered minerals causing its sweetness.
However, once your compare the color of Brita water and this filtered water, you can definitely see that Brita water is slightly yellow. This probably came from unfiltered metals.

I strongly recommend it after all

Spencer D.Spencer D.: Installers note: you need to be able to access the line into the RO cartridge for purging the pre-filters of excess carbon at initial setup and at filter changes, which requires draining about 2 to 3 gallons of water from the line prior to the RO filter. If you're installing the unit on the side of an undersink cabinet, I'd consider installing it on the right side so that the line faces out for easy access at filter change. I didn't have a choice and had to install it on the left, and that line is a PITA to get to if replacing filters in situ. At my next filter change I'm considering installing a T and a ball valve with a drain line, or maybe just a longer length of tubing.

Another note-- this thing is pretty big. Double check that you have the space you need in your desired location. It's also pretty heavy even before it's filled with water. You can hang it on the bracket to make filter changes easier, but you definitely need support under the pre filters as the instructions recommend.

Final note: although they include everything you could possibly need, the included lines are only long enough for a standard undersink connection. Snag some extra footage or the...

XXXXXX: Inizio dicendo che dopo tante valutazioni di prodotti similari ho deciso di acquistare questo prodotto, la spedizione come sempre puntuale e precisa nelle tempistiche, aprendo la confezione c'è tutto ciò che necessità per il montaggio, io ho dovuto solo acquistare due riduttori in più per le mie tubature (una spesa irrisoria di 2 euro), il montaggio è abbastanza semplice poiché è tutto illustrato nel manuale in maniera fotografica, vi consiglierei solo di munirvi almeno di due pinze così da stringere bene i raccordi dei tubi, dopo avere effettuato tutti i collegamenti ho provveduto alla prima accensione ed una volta pieno il serbatoio (circa 1 ora la prima volta) e l'intero circuito ho tenuto il rubinetto aperto per svuotare l'intero impianto ciò per ben due volte così da rimuovere tutte le possibilità di avere bolle d'aria e residui di qualsiasi tipo nelle tubature e nei filtri.
Adesso non mi resta che testarlo nei mesi a seguire sperando che non ci siano problemi di nessun tipo, attualmente sono abbastanza soddisfatto del mio acquisto.
