Biff Hunk: The animals like it. It makes a not-unpleasant splashing noise. The quality seems better than average. It works as expected, however after using it for a week or so, I dropped the base container and it broke apart. The other components were fine, but I had to jerry-rig them into another container. Did I mention that it's pretty small?

puggmommapuggmomma: The fountain is super cute I love the appearance of it.I’ve had to unplug it a few times.When I plug it back in the pump is not working.I’ve had to tap the pump on the counter then it works.Idk how to contact someone maybe for a replacement pump?Ive had it less than a week.I threw away the return packaging too because it was working until I had to unplug it then I noticed the malfunction.

JimmyJimmy: The media could not be loaded. Although my cat is a little dumb and uses it the wrong way, she loves it. Got it so she wasn't drinking her fur all the time. It's also super easy to clean and fill. Just gets a little pricy when buying new filters 👍

kseniya: My neighbor has one for her cat, who enjoys his a lot! But my cat is scared of it even after I pulled the fountain off and let it just bubble and she still won't drink from it. I think it's the glowing LED light scares her as she stared at it for a long time. I take her over to it and put water on my finger then on her mouth so she can see it's water, I think today i'll dip her paw in it then when she licks her paw she'll see it's only water. I read on the internet it can take weeks before they get use to these, even months! I did read plastic ones like these do get scratched and when they do they harbor harmful bacteria which causes chin acne in cats, a concern of mine, so I don't plan on using it that long. My neighbor has one made of plastic like this and says she's used it for 3 years with no problems.
