What a fantastic product! Have always wanted a hot tub but hated the idea of an inflatable tub. Well, I have been fully converted! I LOVE this tub.
Am up here all week, year long. I'm on Vancouver Island in Canada and it only raises my monthly electric bill by about $20.
It easily seats 4 but you could fit 6 if it was all couples.
I have it on my patio which is above my bedroom, and I never hear it running- even sitting right beside it on the patio. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is.
I actually really enjoy having a tub without seats- as a short person, I can never find a hot tub seat that's the right height for me anyway. I did buy some adjustable seats on amazon for when I want to sit higher out if the water if it's warmer out.
Could not adore this product more.

Had issues with the product lid and it was initially hard to work through the customer service of seller and intex but in the end the seller did work with me to solve my issues. So far everything works well. Just need to make sure you are educated on how to properly maintain the water chemicals

I picked this hot tub up after a few days of looking at reviews and reading countless articles. My hard work was well warranted. I will be buying this product again in the future. Very happy with my purchase and the services rendered. Would recommend this to anyone if you are in the market for a reasonable hot tub.
PROS:
-Easy instructions
Walks you through, step by step with good pictures.
Easy to follow chemical guide a long with water test strips.
-Durable construction. Very heavy material. (My lower back can confirm)
Im a 6ft 200lb guy and I could sit on the edge of the tub with 0 issue.
All the water ports and filters are of good quality and make.
Drain port hooks up to garden hose.
All attachment systems were well designed. They have safety locks on all the clips for the cover.
Pumps and heater work well. Will take 48 hrs to heat the pool fully (104F)
Filter system that keeps the water moving.
-Well designed. Lots of little QL additions that make this feel more like a real hot tub.
"Bubble" System acts as a pump for both the tub and the bladder cover.

Lo hemos usado solo unos días. La potencia de burbujas muy bien. Solo hay que tener paciencia para el calentamiento del agua... Es muy lento y en mi caso no logra pasar los 34oC.

I benefitted greatly from reading these reviews and I wanted to share my own to help others with such a large purchase decision. The first thing I will point out is that I live in the northeast and purchased the six person hot tub, understanding the risk cold weather presents. Where I live the temp tends to get down in the 20’s at night and mid 30’s to 40’s during the day, just to give you an idea. We are on the same longitude as Washington DC or so.
The first tub I purchased was the circular blue one (6 person). I came away initially very impressed with the quality of the product, then four hours later, after it was assembled and full of water, I realized it had a slow air leak. I read more reviews and found folks commenting about the inflate valve needing to be tightened, so I tried that with the wrench they provided, filled it up with air again (which is quite easy with the ingenious set-up they provide), and found it was still leaking. The valve seemed defective to me and I lost confidence. I packed it up and returned it the next day. The seller was great to work with and made it as easy as possible. If you have to return one, however, expect it...
