raleigh spartanraleigh spartan: Just go ahead and buy it. Instructions are horrible but YouTube helps get the job done in about 15 mins minus filling with water. It was heated to 104 in less then 24hrs and I've been in it every dang day since. The pump/heater isn't loud at all and the bubbles are actually pretty nice. Comfortable for 2 adults maybe 3 if your friendly.

Diane: Does not hold the heat very well. It take awhile for the tub reach 104. Wish it heated faster and held temperature longer. Product does seem sturdy I was able to seat on the side. I have only had the tub a couple of months, so I don't know how it will hold up.

No matter what brand label we get 2 years of enjoyment before the pump unit will fail. Your pump motor will wear out on all portable units. It is still a good way to have a hot tub cheap!
I had 2 permanent hot tubs and they break down too at a higher cost to replace or repair.

Dean: I have had this spa for 2 weeks and its maybe had 10 hours of usage . The spa was easy to setup (took 20 minutes). It has plenty of room for 2 adults maybe 3 if they are smaller but any more than that and you will need to be careful where your feet go. The walls are solid and the top is a little bit of a pain because you need to be careful of where you sit it because the thing is like a dirt magnet when its wet. Its not uncomfortable to sit in and the air jets produce good bubbles. The problem is with the heater, I have never been able to get it higher than 98 degrees and that's with the top on and about 80 during day and 70s at night and it seems to get stuck on 91 degrees a lot and I have to press the reset button on the plug and then it can take up to 4 hours for it to get from 91 to 98 degrees. And as I imagine with all hot tubs it gets colder when using it but this cant maintain temperature when using the tub, it will drop down as far as 93 degrees. Its getting worse and I think I am going to end up returning it because it wont be usable if it gets much worse.
