YoMom4lyfe: Only a 1 warranty. This greywood model that I got was pretty damn nice however not even 1 week after it passes up it's 1 year anniversary it completely stopped working. I reached out to the 1-800 number for support and they said I need to buy another control system that was half of the price I paid the previous year. So with that theory I would be giving them numerous hundreds of dollars every year as it breaks. This is the third one I've had in the last 10 years but due to it being outside it could not withstand the high temperatures of the Florida heat. It is what it is but how the company treated my situation not even offering a discount for the pieces needed showed me they only care about new money. I will definitely go out of my way to not purchase anything made by Intex again.

Simple quick set up, just make sure the ground is level and use some kind of thick insulation underneath the hot tub.
It does appear that you’re in the cold nights 40° or below that when running the air bubbles that you will begin to lose temperature of the water after one hour. But it’ll still be warm enough for these two hours of use if not more depending on your sensitivity.

Jamie HaggettJamie Haggett: We just bought this hot tub to replace our Colman model that we had for 3 years, this one was a bet more expensive but worth the extra money, easy to install and set up and comes with a couple of extra features that adds to the hot tub. Great for 6 kids or 4 adults

Amazon Customer: The cover that it came with does not go with the hot tub or fit.

Garry: Received on time and in good condition. We have had it set up for a couple of months. Fairly easy to set up. Takes a couple of days to get the water up to temp. We rotate four filters... clean/rinse two... repeat after 2-3 weeks. Probably get another month or so out of the first 4 filters and then move on to 4 new filters. Found a place that sells them for about $6 ea. No issues with the hot tub or control unit/pump. We use it almost every day. Pleasantly surprised with overall quality. Quite happy with it.

jeff duncan: The spa is great until the pump dies and then you are out of luck. Intex has told me that they are out of stock on the pump and they have no idea when they will get more and they will not help me any further. Amazon has told me that i need to deal with them because I bought it in September and they will not help me. I bet if I choose to spend $289 on a new pump they will have it in stock. This is ridiculous. I now have an empty spa that I cannot use sitting on my patio!

Larry Gebert: Be patient. It takes time to warm the water to max (104). This is not our first Intex unit so I knew from previous experience to have a dedicated electric line. Previously we plugged into the GFI circuit in the back yard and kept blowing the circuit. Now it is on it's own 20amp line and works beautifully. In cold temperatures it takes longer to heat so plan ahead. We turn it down to a lower level on the days we know we are not going to use it but keep it warm and circulating. Also order extra filters. The book says change every two weeks and you should. We do and it makes a big difference in water clarity. Also make sure you check your water condition and add the proper chemicals.

Mike k.: Easy to set up no problem so far. Took about an hour and a half including filling with water to set up. I like that its portable and can be moved to different location easily if wanted. Jets aren't really powerfull but still nice. looks to be made out of pretty durable material. only complaint is wish it would hold water temp longer. When using the jets drops about 4 or 5 degrees in half hour in 10 degree c or below outside temps . If you don't use jets heat will drop an average of 3 or 4 degrees in a couple hours but what do you expect for the price.. Will put In garage for the winter months and see if holds heat a little better. For the money compared to a hard shell tub I think it's worth the money if your looking for arelaxation that won't break the bank acoount
