AngfordAngford: Great pool! We’ve had an intex for six years n last year it got a few holes and we couldn’t salvage it. This is way bigger. Love the big sand pump! No filters! A friend gave us an automatic vacuum n he does great in this pool. We have a different latter with a platform to use. The ladder it comes w is dinky and no platform. Not much water splashes out when the kids jump. It’s wet sturdy. We did put cut up boards under each leg so they don’t sink. Very important to make sure you ground is level before you put it up. We also had a load of sand leveled under the tarp it came with.

Danielle Deshotel: This is a great pool. However the pump that comes with it is not ideal size. It’s the smallest sand pump. I recommend getting the larger 2800 gph pump. Overall great pool! We had the same one in the past and it went through a lot including being 5 inches off level for two seasons being moved back-and-forth and then having salt water in it it’s finally rusted out but that’s our fault for using salt and having it running over the side for a few years.

Kelly: It’s our 3rd year with our Intex 20x48 and it’s a great investment for summertime fun! We close it each year and leave it up. The pump goes into the garage, we drain below the skimmer and cover it. We live in Indiana and with the winters it’s held up wonderfully!! Highly suggest the Intex products.
We purchased the 20x48 and it took an hour to Set up. There was a leak at the seam at the bottom and a couple pin holes the we patched. Called VM express as soon as we noticed the issues and they immediately filed a claim for a new liner. They have been wonderful to work with and their customer service is great!! Great summer fun this year and looking forward to more great times with our pool.
