Jillybean: I went through three pool styles before I found this lovely pool! So easy to assemble it’s crazy, I mean literally 15-20 min. Few hours to fill. The size is what I would call a noncommittal backyard pool. You can use a pump or not and just throw some bleach in and skim it every few days, let some low water out of the out valve and add a bit of fresh water. It’s just EASY. Room to be lazy in the water but not take up your whole back yard. So, so sturdy. Love Intex.

Chris: We purchased this pool specifically to cool down during hot summer days and this pool did the trick. It was very easy to set up and took less time to fill thank I thought it would. The only negative is that it did not come with a pump, you must purchase that separately. The depth is perfect for an adult to sit down and still have their head above water. Very easy to maintain, just shock every few weeks, keep a 3” chlorine tab in a floating dispenser and change your pump filter once a week. This pool is also great for you children because it’s not deep. Also no need for stairs because it’s easy for an adult to step over the side.

I was looking for something to help beat the summer heat that wasn’t a blowup pool and could be maintained easily. I am a 5’5 petite lady who easily put this pool together in about 20 minutes. I purchased the pump to go along with it along with a small chlorine dispenser and have been enjoying it all summer. The pool feels sturdy, is easy to clean and fill up and the pump was easy to attach and turn on. Can fit about 2 large floating chairs. With a hose, it took about 5ish hours to fully fill up to water line. That’s the only negative I can say about this pool!

terry b.terry b.: It's just for me mostly after I'm done working in the yard and it's so hot I feel I'm about to faint ,& the grandkids when they visit! I put this up by myself,in the dark,without instructions! It took awhile but I got 'er done! Had to dig,rake, and level the prep and set up area first,had to plug the holes that the tubing enters & exits the structure for the filter pump which did not come in the box with the pool, tubing and the rest was included so I have to figure out what pump fits this structure and find one,in the meantime the water is not leaking out anywhere so I'm happy, got the little floating chlorinator so it should stay clean til I locate a pump filter,it's roomy, easy to clean so far, deepest above ground pool I've found ,price was unbeatable anywhere,and my cats haven't found a way to put a hole in this one! Lol

jayjay: Was a bit skeptical about getting one of these but not anymore. My 5 year old LOVES it and it is the perfect size for her. I can even get in it with her and not feel like a giant in a mud puddle, lol. So much better than the inflatable pools from previous summers and no complaints on the sturdiness. I purchased the pool with no filter option, then purchased the Intex Krystal Clear 1000 GPH filter pump here on Amazon...I recommend that pump at a MINIMUM...the 330 GPH pump that is included with some options would be virtually useless with this pool.

Assembly was not difficult for me alone other than issues lining the pins up with the bottom hole and forgetting the protective rings the first time around and having to re-install every pin. Filter setup was no problem and I do recommend you go ahead and get the deluxe pool maintenance kit and wall-mount skimmer. I'm already considering moving to a saltwater system but since I bought the chlorine from Lowe's I'll probably wait until next summer. BTW, to get the perfect chlorine level took about 13 oz. of the 1 Gal. chlorine solution I bought from Lowe's for under $4. Also had to use some pH UP to get that balanced prior to adding...
