SC: Without this cookbook, I wouldn’t know what to make in my Ace Blender. The soup recipes are incredible! I haven’t tried the other ones yet but for the homemade soups alone and ability to maximize my use of the Ace Blender it is worth it!

jaknif: This blender is awesome. It really cooks. The introductory is most helpful. Instructions include how to layer food into the processor. Recipes aren't complicated. We made smoothies most every nite. Corn chowder was wonderful. It has a glass carafe and that is heavy. But it cleans itself.

Paula Johnson: I can always trust that America's Test Kitchen (ATK) has delicious full-proof recipes. I have several ATK books and they never disappoint when it comes to great flavor and texture. This is true also of their ACE blender cookbook. I've tried several of the recipes with great results.
The information about the blender operation is invaluable too, especially considering that the manufactured failed to provide even some of those basic details. In additional to the basic operation, ATK provides valuable tips and tricks for successfully using the blender.
My only two minor frustrations with this cookbook, like other ATK cookbooks, are that the recipes are not as easy as I'd like them to be, and I often end up throwing out unused portions of the ingredients. I bought the blender to simplify my life, but some of the recipes require multiple steps e.g. cook some ingredients first, or stop to add ingredients to the blender during the process. It's not that much more difficult, but more than the "throw it in the blender and push a button" kind of recipe I was hoping for, though there are some of those in the book that I yet to try. My only other complaint is that I end up wasting food,...

HawaiiLife58: I currently own the Ace Blender and this cookbook is not what I expected. This cookbook is thin & doesn't have enough recipes. In the book it speaks about prepping some recipes in the microwave to bring out some of the flavors. If someone has to go beyond to achieve amazing results what is the purpose. This is suppose to make things quicker & easier. I don't find that it does that. It has great tips & I do like that. It also mentions that the manufacturer is redesigning the blender. I wish I had waited. Oh well I guess I have to wait until the resign it by making detachable blades & customizing it just all the instant pots.
