Patricia J Henderson: The electric cord on the griddle is not near long enough. It says not to use an extension cord, so the cord itself needs to be longer. As for everything else it's awesome!

YuenX: Color me skeptical at first: grilling without smoke? Well, yes and no. For the most part, this grill is smoke-LESS, but not smoke-FREE, especially when cooking meats at higher temperatures. The good news is, our clothes do smell less of BBQ.
Used this to cook some Korean BBQ indoor: lots of pork belly, sliced beef/lamb/pork, and mushrooms.
Controls are dial based, and each component was well-designed and looks to be made of pretty good quality.
Despite a LOT of fat collecting in the tray below, the meats tasted deliciously good with just a sprinkle of salt. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Now onto the cleaning part: while the griddle was still hot, I took a damp paper towel to wipe away all the crust left behind. At no point did I have to scrub... it all came off fairly easily. Nearly every part looks to be dishwasher safe (except for the heating element, of course). It also makes it easier to clean up the fat collection tray if you add a thin layer of water to it before you grill. This keeps the oil separated from the water.
Overall, delicious BBQ indoor with less smoke, although the house (but not so much our clothes) did eventually smell like...
