Rashika: Grilled cheese sandwiches have replaced my pizza habit, so this item earned back it's value. Don't smash frozen waffles down into it because the inner frame will Crack. Place the waffle in it hot for a minute to let it soften up before slowly closing all the way.

Kathleen Kraft: I really do appreciate the way this grill speeds up the grilled cheese process--but, I hate having to clean it afterwards. Even though the cooking surface is non-stick, the areas around the surface are not. I've tried spraying all the surfaces, taping aluminum foil over them, and wrapping wax paper around the hinges and wires. These workarounds help, but they do take time--plus, it's just annoying.
