You have to watch the power cord because it can become overheated. The cord twisted around and around causing a short in wiring.

Sandy: Arrived on time. Haven’t used it yet. When I removed it from the box there was a small chip in the red finish near the opening. Easy to fix with super glue. Easier than returning and waiting for another.

Robert Holland: I've been using an omelette maker for a good few years now, so I have a bit of background when it comes to cooking with these. I unfortunately had to trash that one since part of cooker was peeling off since I would something have to scrape some of the egg off that was clinging to the sides (the non-stick spray I was using did not seem to help). Having a cooker that is non-stick helps a lot to avoid the issues of having non-stick sprays slide down the sides and give weaker coating in those areas.
I appreciate how easy it is to clean after cooking. By the time I finish eating my meal, the cooker will be clean enough to wipe down, and all it really needs is a quick wipe with a damp cloth and it's good for the next meal. If it was up to me, I'd give it a label saying "hassle free cleaning" (or something along those lines, lol).
I was a bit skeptical at first of the 5-minute cooking, but it actually does cook that fast. My old cooker took 10 minutes, so this is a nice upgrade in addition to the non-stick!
I bought this product at $38.40, and I feel like that's one hell of a deal for a product like this. Definitely a lot of bang for your buck.
