Indoor Cycling Bike with JOROTO Belt Drive System

MrReviewer: The X2PRO that I went for has blutooth (the X2 doesn't). The X2PRO also has a slightly better display, a side bottle holder, different pedals (without reflectors) and a flat tablet holder. It will hold a phone in front of the display too if you don't mind blocking it. The pedals are almost identicle to the EIRONA flat caged pedals on Amazon. The bike is almost silent and very solid. The display, although it looks much improved, still feels quite low quality and still no backlight as far as I can tell. It does the job though and keeps the price low. See below re using your phone instead.

GARMIN, BLUETOOTH & SENSORS:
The bike's bluetooth connected to my Garmin 255 Music instantly without fuss. Just go to Settings > Sensors & accessories > Add new on your watch while the bike display is active. Comes up as "Spd/Cad" followed by some numbers. Note that this causes the bike display to then only show resistance level and nothing else until the watch is disconnected. I get time, speed, distance, cadence and HR on my Garmin watch using the "F3b Dozen Cycle" data field (install in Connect IQ app, then setup on phone). THH: Did some research prior to purchasing and although there were not many reviews for X2 Pro as it's a newly released version of the X2 and went purley on those of the X2.

The bike arrived on the day I pre booked it and was in a well packed box which was easy to open and take out the bike for assembling.
The bike body is very well made and quite heavy, so you may need a 2nd person to help with lifting it out and placing on the 2 floor bars.

The instructions were quite easy to follow and I assembled it by myself in around 45 mins and had no problems at all.

We've been using the bike everyday since and loving it, the build is of a high quality and the bike itself is quite sturdy (I weigh 200 Lbs).
I'm looking into changing the pedals in the near future as they are (for me) a little awkward to put my feet into the strapping, but that probably me more than the bike and it does detract me from using the bike to its fullness.

I also connected the bike to the Kinomap appication via the onboard Bluetooth connection and have not had any connection issues with it and Kinomap. Kinomap picks the bike up instantly.

I have no hesitation in recommending this...

La première surprise , c’est le déballage du produit : il n’y a aucun risque que le vélo soit abîmé pendant le transport tellement le colis est bien fait et les protections bien pensées. Ensuite, le montage est très rapide. Le vélo est lourd, très stable , il est beau à regarder , ce qui n’est pas gagné pour un vélo d’appartement , et à l’usage le silence est …total , c’est bluffant. La roue et ses 18 kg se font bien sentir , il est vraiment conçu pour l’entraînement , la remise en forme, l’effort physique .Je trouve la selle confortable, mais la, chacun aura son opinion. L’intégration à Kinomap se passe bien , évidement cette intégration sera limitée par la résistance mécanique qui ne renvoie pas sa valeur à Kinomap, mais c’est juste normal. Martin C: Joroto X4S Exercise Bike

I have owned this Exercise bike for over 3 months, and purchased it for rehabilitation
for a leg injury and general fitness.
After spending several months researching different bikes of all price ranges and styles
I came to the conclusion that magnetic resistance bikes were a best bet for low maintenance
and longevity but prices ranged from around £300/1000 for the most popular & reviewed bikes.

Joroto bikes and fitness products seem to get very good reviews on the likes of Amazon & YouTube, so after seeing this bike advertised with an £100 discount and appeared to look similar and have the same features as a bike by Schwinn which was almost double in price, it seemed a No brainer to buy it.
The bike was easy enough to assemble after watching the video plus minimal instructions and took me just under an hour to assemble due to my injury, but could easily be done in 30mins by a competent person. The bike is sturdy, solid has great build quality & looks really nice too.

J. D. P.: A bit of a long review but big for item of this size and price, more info is better than less. I cross shopped this with the Schwinn IC3 and some of the Sunny Health and Fitness models in the same price range. I previously purchased a Sunny model in the $300 that lasted for a little more than a year before the seat post broke at the seat bracket. I was concerned about buying a bike that I could not inspect in person to see if the materials were thicker, more robust after the failure of the Sunny. I'm leaving 5 stars for now but 4.5 is probably closer to the truth. The bike isn't perfect but I am mostly happy with my purchase. That opinion may change over time but these are some immediate impressions.

Pros - price w/ delivery was about $580 w/ a coupon from Amazon. As is common with these types of bikes, there is not much assembly required so I think most folks can buy without expert assembly and be ok. The company provides an assembly video but I used the included tools and manual to put it together. JohnJohn: I have been road biking for over 20 years and decided recently to buy my first indoor bicycle as I have always ridden less in the winter months where I live (Massachusetts) and wanted to compensate for that. Also, I have more free time as my work moved fully remote due to COVID and so my commuting time has been eliminated.

First off, the bike is rather simple to assemble. I watched the video on this page from Joroto that walked me through the steps and I had everything put together pretty quickly. Like with all items you will use often, please keep the tools nearby as you will need to tighten pieces such as the pedals and the seat now and then.

This is a very well-made and heavy bike, but the wheels on the front bottom of the stand make it rather easy to move around your home, so long as you have a flat foor. Now, should you need to move it up a flight of stairs, that'll be more difficult as it weighs over 100 pounds. To note, the flywheel itself is a solid 35 pounds.

This is a belt drive machine with magnetic resistance, so there's less need for maintenance, and you get a very quiet ride. I can easily watch a video, listen to music or carry on a conversation...
