Indoor Cycling Bike - L NOW Exercise Bike for Home Workouts

Selina K.Selina K.: I did extensive review across the web to find the right Spin Bike for Home exercise. The L NOW C580 bike came highly recommended on several websites. It was not the top bike but it was listed in the top 10 because of the ride efficiency, wheel size, and affordability in comparison to many of the bikes tested.
The C580 assembly was very easy! The instructions were well written out. I am struggling to understand how to get the monitor to remain on a single setting; if that is possible. I do not believe the pedals are designed for the spin shoe clips to connect on the underside of the pedal but the leather straps were very sturdy with the shoes. Maybe the Customer Service staff can advise of a comparable pedal that pairs with the spin shoe clips.
Overall, the quality and efficiency of the bike is great! I am not a small woman; very athletically built and this bike performed as if I was a lightweight. SMOOTH!
I received the bike with some minor defects due the callousness of the shipping company. The plastic sleeve into which the handlebar bar gets inserted, was broken. NO WORRIES! I reached out to Customer Service and they responded within 24 hours to replace the piece. The...

HyjanksHyjanks: I would give this bike six stars IF there weren’t any problems peculiar to my preferences. First of all, the computer that came with the bike uses kilometers as measurement. Even though as an ex-long distance competitive runner, I know road distances by heart (i.e. 20 K equals 12.4 miles), still it was a hassle as I was peddling to convert kilometers to miles. Perhaps the most aggravating things about this computer is that it DOES NOT keep track of average kilometers per hour, calories expended or distance accumulated for and individual ride. So, if you leave the bike during exercise for more than four minutes, you lose all the information you had up to that point. This problem exists in spite of the fact that the instructions said it does record the information. So, be prepared to record on paper where you left off if you have to leave the bike for that period of time so that when you start recording again during remount, you’ll have the information for the entirety of the trip.
Quite a hassle!

Stuart S.Stuart S.: The L Now C580 is packed extremely well, UPS was very rough during shipping, but it arrived without a scratch.
Setup and fit was completed in less than 30 minutes. All the tools needed are included, unpacking was a breeze. The fit was off just a tad, but I was quickly sent a new seat post that fit much better. The monitor was in metric, I also got a replacement. I have never seen a bike in this price range that is of this quality. I would easily compare it to the Lemond Revmaster at $1300, so I feel like I just saved a bunch on money and I am completely happy!
The bike overall is awesome! The seat has great cushion and support without too much bulk. The bars fit nice and have a durable coating for sweat and wear. The pedals spin quietly and smoothly. The monitor can scan through all the metrics or can just stay on one. I didn't think the bike would offer enough resistance, I was not disappointed. As a former Cat 4 cyclist and Level 3 USA Cycling Coach I am impressed with the quality, comfort, durability, and fit.
