A feature I like about this is that it changes directions randomly when you release the pressure. It all comes apart for thorough cleaning, it's not too noisy and it produces lots of juice. Highly recommend.

The juicer stopped turning and therefore working after 5 months of normal use. I used to use it every day to make two juices (4 oranges). When contacted the customer service, I was told I could not get the warranty as it only covers products purchased in the USA, Hawaii or Alaska. Not sure if they had fix it or replaced it any way. My impression is that we gave it a normal use and it was not a cheap product, so shouldn't have broke in the firs place, but also the Customer Service did not meet the expectations. I would not recommend this product or any product from this brand based on my experience.
