Very straightforward to use, basically you make sure the cuff hose is properly connected to the monitor (it's a press fit), place the cuff on your upper arm with the arrow aligned with your arteries and press the button.
Readings are consistent, easy to see and the companion app works well to sync via Bluetooth and log your readings.
I especially like how the Bluetooth connection is only active to sync your readings with the app, not on at any time unless you press the Bluetooth button.
The companion app is also easy to use, and it is nice that the monitor will store up to 99 readings, so you don't have to sync every time you do a reading.

I much prefer using this to monitor and record my BP than an Omicron unit used previously. It's more compact, the cuff is a little easier to use and I really like not having to record readings manually and email them to my PCP, they reside in the app on my phone. Getting this unit to pair via BT is not explained well in the manual and not very intuitive but once you figure it out it works well enough. The paring is only momentary after a reading has been taken. On the app you have to choose the monitor as the device you want to pair to, then pairing only lasts a couple seconds, just long enough to transfer the readings. This is unlike most BT devices that remain paired until the pairing terminated manually. The app is utilitarian, not very robust with few display options but it records all the pertinent information for each reading. I'd say it's a decent value for the price. Can't speak to longevity, haven't had it very long.

I've been using iHealth product for close a year now and it's their thermometer ( not a smart thermometer just a forehead thermometer). It's almost the best value and good design forehead thermometer I could found in the market and the accuracy is guaranteed by following the instructions as it's an infrared thermometer.
I bought this iHealth Track wireless blood pressure monitor for my parents. Their readings are always higher at the doctor's office so I just wondered about the accuracy for this machine, but explained by the primary care doctor it maybe related to the white coat hypertension. For me I tried it and the readings are almost the same as the reading at the doctor's office so I trusted our family doctor. We used Omron 5 blood pressure monitor before but it's without the smart feature that allows my family member to upload the data to the smartphone. Thanks for the smart app by iHealth , they allows to export to CSV, EXCEL and PDF file directly and it's the most time saving to type manually via email to our doctor!
