Matt: I use this to get chloramine out of my city water so it doesn't kill beneficial bacteria and microbes in my vegetable garden. Also no chlorine in my veggies resulting in better taste. Definitely recommend for any organic gardener, or someone just wanting clean water, and doesn't want to spend money on a full RO system.

AlanZ: The product was rock solid from all the reviews I've read. It has 3000 gallon capacity and you can upgrade it to the KDF85 filter for 6000 gallon capacity. You can also purchase RO add-on kit to make it RO filter.
However Hydro Galaxy sold me an used(probably a customer return) filter!!! This is unacceptable!!! The filter and package came with residual water from last user and I don't feel safe to use it. I demanded a refund and bought it from somewhere else. I'll report issue to Amazon as this is a seriously safety issue.
